LimitsMaximum entries per person
Every competition has a fixed maximum number of entries one person can hold, by any route. It is printed on the competition page before you enter and it cannot be raised for anyone.
Monthly spend limit
Set your own ceiling across the whole site. Lowering it takes effect immediately. Raising it takes 24 hours, on purpose.
Take a break
Lock entry for 24 hours, a week, or up to six weeks. Your existing tickets stay in their draws and you are still told if you win.
Self-exclusion
Six months minimum. We close entry, stop all marketing, and cannot lift it early however convincingly you ask.
What we will not do
We will not raise a limit on request in the moment. Every increase waits 24 hours, and a self-exclusion cannot be lifted early however you ask.
We will not market to an account that is on a break or self-excluded, and we will not use a countdown, a near-miss or a fake shortage to move you. The ticket caps are real, the closing dates are real, and the sold figures are the ones we hold.
We will not chase you back. There is no win-back campaign, no bonus for returning after a break, and no message that treats stopping as a problem to be solved.
