Free entry
No purchase necessary.
Every competition here can be entered by post for the price of a stamp, as many times as a paid entrant could buy. Same question, same draw, same chance per entry, same closing time. This is not a formality and we are not going to bury it.

Postal Entries7Dreams LtdAddress pendingUnited KingdomHow to enter by post
- Handwrite a postcard or letter with: the exact competition name, your full name, your date of birth, your postal address, a contact phone number, the email address on your 7Dreams account, and the answer you choose to that competition's multiple-choice skill question, written out in full. Printed, typed or photocopied entries are not accepted.
- One postcard or letter is one entry. Post each one separately — several entries in one envelope count as a single entry. You can send as many as you like, up to the competition's maximum entries per person.
- Send it by ordinary first- or second-class post, or standard international letter post from outside the UK, to the address below. We do not accept hand delivery, and we cannot return anything sent to us.
- It must reach us before the competition closes — the same closing time as online entry. The draw is never earlier than the second business day after close, so every postal entry received in time is in it.
Closing times and limits
All competitionsPostal entry closes at exactly the same moment as online entry, and the maximum entries per person is the same number whichever way you enter. Post early; we go by arrival, not by postmark.

The rules on the free route
- No purchase, no fee, and no obligation to buy anything now or later.
- Each postal entry has exactly the same chance of winning as a ticket bought online, and goes into the same draw on the same terms.
- One maximum number of entries per person, published on every competition page, covering every route: paid tickets, Pass tickets, bonus and referral tickets, and postal entries all count towards it.
- Where a ticket costs less than second-class postage, each postal entry is credited with as many entries as that postage would buy, within the same maximum.
- The same skill question, the same answer options and the same one-attempt rule as online. Write one answer only — more than one, or one that is not among the options, is a wrong answer. A wrong answer by either route ends your entry to that competition by both. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.
- You need an active 7Dreams account when your entry is processed, and the details you write must match it.
- Entries that arrive after a competition closes, or after its last ticket is allocated, are not entered — the same as an online order at that moment.
- Postal tickets do not rank on the leaderboard, so they cannot win the Top 3 cash.
- You must be 18 or over, and entering must not break the law where you live. We verify before paying any prize.
Postal entries go into the same draw pool as every other entry, with nothing to tell them apart when the number is drawn. They appear on the published entrant list with a ticket number, winners are contacted the same way, and choose prize or cash on the same terms.
The one difference from a paid ticket is the leaderboard: postal tickets do not count towards leaderboard position.
What we cannot accept
Printed, typed or photocopied entries, hand delivery, entries whose details do not match an active account, entries that arrive after the competition closes or sells out, and anything incomplete or illegible. Several entries in one envelope count as one. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt, and nothing can be returned. If you are unsure, ask first — we would rather answer than void an entry.
Or enter online in about a minute.
Same question, same draw, same published list. Tickets start at 49p.
