Our caps, the same for everyone
Every competition also has a maximum number of entries per person that we set and never raise once it is live. Bought, Pass, bonus, referral and postal entries all count towards it.

Take a break
Entry locks for the period you choose. Tickets you already hold stay in their draws and you are still told if you win.
Self-exclusion
Six months minimum. We close entry, stop every message including draw alerts, and we will not reopen the account early — not on request, not with a new email address, and not with a different card. This is deliberately the one control on the site you cannot undo.

What we will not do
We will not raise a limit in the moment, market to an account on a break, or run a win-back campaign after a self-exclusion. Responsible play
